Please note a 50% deposit is required on all our event services when booking with us.

All full day film packages includes

  • Up to 10 hours filming – covering from your bridal preparations (if required) up until just after your first dance.
  • Wedding highlights film – including audio from throughout your wedding day.
  • Our highlight films are typically between 5-7 minutes depending on how long we’re with you. Your highlights film will aim to document the true atmosphere and essence of your wedding day as a short film that you can easily show your friends and family.

Business & Events Filming

We always encourage clients to call and discuss costs and expenses since we aim to be flexible with our prices and work out the best deal for your requirements. We work with a large number of clients new to video are happy to talk you through various options and what you can get for your money. Below is a general price list that can be used as a rough estimate. The costs below are for guidance purposes and are for videographers attending London shoots. If the job is outside London travel costs need to be added on top. The cost examples below are based on 1 cameraman filming with 1 camera.

We all know that organising an event can be stressful with so much to do and such little time! That’s why at Me and You Events, we’ve kept our event filming services as simple as possible.

Business & Events filming in London prices start from £1250.00 + VAT for a one full day (8 Hour) Event with one videographer coverage. We also offer half days £625.00 + VAT.

For larger event we recommend two or possibly three camera operators for best event filming coverage. Video editing and post production rates start from £400 + VAT per day.

Excludes Travel, Expenses and Accommodation.

Prosessional Live-Streaming Services

There are lots of aspects to think about when you’re planning to host a virtual event, should it be live or pre-recorded? How will the speakers present? What about break out rooms? The list could go on! We can help you choose the best option for your event, whether it’s our virtual event platform, green screen events or live streaming to a platform of your choice. 

Virtual events are a great way of connecting remote presenters to a remote audience across the web.  Webcams and laptops can be a bit limiting and nothing beats using professional equipment with professional operators to get the best quality broadcast….the best camera angle, the best lighting and the best sound.  We have a range of solutions to support your presenters and put them in the best light.

 

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

It depends on what you need: Coverage starts from just one camera or feed, right up to multi-camera and multi-location virtual events with a range of crew involved and a many options for the pre-production support and planning required, and the backup support necessary such as secondary servers, secondary internet lines and backup transmission decks for the event day itself. Call for a bespoke quote.

THE LIVE STREAM

The live stream carries the content of your virtual event and can be delivered straight onto your website, social media, or it can be a private link with password protection; we’ll sort it all according to your requirements.

Pricing

Our live streaming pricing are based on day rates and typically starts at £1000 and can go up to £6,500 or more. It really depends on a few different variables. Live Streaming production cost can sometimes be figured with a live streaming cost calculator, or simply by speaking directly with an expert as no two projects are the same. 

If you are wondering how much does a Live Streaming cost? The first step is to know what your event requirements are. Is it a 1 camera live stream, or a multi camera livestream? what streaming platform are you considering? Are you charging for the event? Will you need a paywall? Will you need polling for audience engagement? These are all questions to consider when figuring your live stream production costs.

 

Note:

For live streaming we would require a minimum 20MB upload

The internet is paramount to the success of the live broadcast and is the one factor we unfortunately cannot control or be held responsible for, which is why we recommend securing a fixed dedicated internet line from the venue. We will gladly help setup the line and liaise with the venues technical team.

It’s absolutely essential we have a day to test the venues internet and carry out a test stream; any problems can then be solved directly with the venues IT team.

Please note travel expenses will be charged at 45p per mile outside the Essex area (together with accommodation and meal costs if necessary)
